When Tony told me that he and Richard had set up this initiative, I thought: Man, especially in today's sentiment, something like this should have existed a long time ago. Learning from each other's mistakes, sharing each other's insights. And yes, you'll get coaching from Tony and Richard, but you'll also learn from all the other participants, and you'll all grow together. There are a bunch of like-minded people who work hard and really want to see other people succeed in the same virtual space. It's been a great experience for me to be mentored by people like Tony and Richi. I basically filled in the gaps we had in our tokenomics and we actually had success negotiating with our funderaisers and now they are actively looking for VCs for our approach. The live coaching sessions with Tony are pretty much the most detailed and well explained presentations you can find. What I love most is that Tony basically personalizes it, takes your project as an example, helps ask you what stage you're at, what the challenge is, what questions you've asked, especially in my case where I've had tough questions from VCs. I asked Tony about that during our coaching session, and he put so much value on my questions that I played them back to my team and we were able to build on that.
